Welcome to Fresh Kleaning. By booking our carpet and upholstery cleaning services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms outline your rights and obligations as a customer and govern the relationship between you and Fresh Kleaning.
Services Provided
Fresh Kleaning offers professional carpet and upholstery cleaning services, including but not limited to:
• Carpet deep cleaning
• Upholstery cleaning
• Stain removal
• Odour treatment
• Commercial and residential cleaning
Booking

All bookings must be made via our website, phone, or email.
• A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from Fresh Kleaning.
• We reserve the right to refuse a booking if we believe the job is unsuitable or unsafe.
Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and should be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
Pricing and Payment
Pricing
• All prices are quoted based on the size and condition of the area to be cleaned.
• Additional charges may apply for heavily soiled carpets, pet stains, or specialist treatments.
• Prices are subject to change, but we will notify you in advance of any changes affecting your booking.
Payment
• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and bank transfers.
• Late payments may incur additional charges.
Customer Obligations

The customer must provide accurate information about the condition of carpets and upholstery when booking.

The customer must ensure that the area to be cleaned is accessible and free of any fragile or valuable items.

If furniture needs to be moved, the customer must notify Fresh Kleaning in advance.
Liability and Warranty
Liability
• Fresh Kleaning takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of your carpets and upholstery during cleaning.
• We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions such as weak seams, loose fibres, or previous cleaning attempts.
• Liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided.
Stain Removal Guarantee
• While we strive to remove all stains, some may be permanent due to the nature of the fabric or the type of stain.
• We cannot guarantee complete removal of certain stains, including but not limited to ink, bleach, or pet urine.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Any complaints must be reported within 24 hours of the service being provided.

Fresh Kleaning will investigate complaints and may offer a re-clean if deemed appropriate.

If a dispute arises, we will attempt to resolve it amicably. If unresolved, the matter may be referred to an independent dispute resolution service.
Health and Safety

Our technicians follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe cleaning process.

Customers must inform us of any health concerns, such as allergies to cleaning products, before the service begins.
